DEPOSIT INFORMATION FOR 'Coast of the Gods" Tour - September 19-28, 2024

 $500 Initial Deposit reserves a space on the tour. 

Upon initial deposit you will receive the Travel Package with document to be signed and returned to Tricia's Travel and Tour LLC.

Initial Deposit is refundable for 14 days past reservation booking date

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

12 travelers are required for this tour.

Once the 12 spots have filled you will be notified via email from Tricia's Travel and Tour LLC.

If we do not reach the minimum 12 travelers deposits are refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final Payment Due Date June 19, 2024

The final payment is due 90 Days prior to tour and refundable until July 19, 2024 minus the deposit.

All Cancellations after - July 19, 2024 - 60 Days prior to tour are non-refundable

RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER JULY 19, 2024

Payment in full is due at time of booking and is non-refundable

Non-Refundable after July 19, 2024

Payment in Full can be made at www.triciastravelandtour.com at any time.

WAITLIST

Once the tour is full a WAITLIST will be available. 

Please contact us through the website to be added to the waitlist. 

Full deposit is required to be added to the waitlist and is refundable if you do not secure a place on the tour.

All pricing is per person based on two travelers per hotel room. Single Supplement is available upon request.
